# SVET Agentic Finance And VibePreneur MVP 0.1

Status: exploratory application document.

## Purpose

SVET is contextual intelligence for agentic finance and founders. It is not a
trading signal, recommendation, autonomous funding decision, or validated
forecast.

## Inputs

- Composite entropy for Supreme, Vanguard, Establishment, and Tribe
- Metric direction and activity

- freshness and proxy flags
- Continuity-Propagation Layer status

## Finance Regimes

- Continuity supported: ordinary risk budgets may be reviewed under normal assumptions.
- Continuity transition: widen scenarios and require sensitivity analysis.
- Continuity pressure: tighten liquidity, concentration, leverage, counterparty, and financing assumptions.
- Continuity restoration / expansion: test whether risk appetite and long-horizon planning are returning.
- Unknown / data-impaired: reduce automation confidence and escalate to review.

SVET is a context signal, not a command.

SVET may inform:

SVET may not alone:

Each startup should receive a Continuity Exposure Profile that maps its business
to primary, secondary, and lower-exposure SVET Metrics.

The output must generate questions and scenarios, not deterministic advice.
