# SVET Continuity Propagation MVP 0.2

Status: exploratory Continuity-Propagation Layer.

Source: `/home/svetrating/eversvet/svetindexplan3`.

## Core Proposition

The SVET World Index is a proposed 16-Metric, four-Construct continuity
instrument inside Evernomics. It measures distributional dispersion, direction,
activity, alignment, data quality, and cross-Construct propagation to estimate
whether external world conditions remain distant, become relevant to lived
continuity, or enter a broader transition.

This is not a separate index. It is a propagation layer beside the official
`mvp-0.1` Shannon entropy baseline.

## Constructs

SVET reads the world from near human life outward:

```text
Construct IV - Tribe
Construct III - Establishment
Construct II - Vanguard
Construct I - Supreme
```

It also tracks how outer signals move inward:

```text
Supreme -> Vanguard -> Establishment -> Tribe
```

## Propagation Routes

Route A is stepwise propagation:

```text
Supreme -> Vanguard -> Establishment -> Tribe
```

Route B is Direct jump propagation:

```text
Supreme -> Tribe
Vanguard -> Tribe
Establishment -> Tribe
```

A direct jump is allowed only when a signal becomes sufficiently credible,
certain, immediate, authoritative, saturated, and personally actionable.

## Direct-Jump Variables

Each event or high-level Metric change can be scored from `0` to `1` on:

- magnitude
- credibility
- certainty
- immediacy
- communication saturation
- authority activation
- personal relevance

The starting test formula is:

```text
Pi = M * C * U * I * S * A * R
```

All exponents start at `1`. These are frozen test parameters, not truth claims.

## Event Record

Each recognized event should eventually record:

```text
event_id
event_origin_construct
event_origin_metric
event_time
event_description
magnitude_score
credibility_score
certainty_score
immediacy_score
communication_saturation_score
authority_activation_score
personal_relevance_score
stepwise_propagation_scores
direct_propagation_scores
propagation_speed
affected_constructs
continuity_status
data_sources
source_quality
method_version
analyst_or_rule_id
```

Continuity status values are:

```text
contained
stepwise
accelerated
direct
broad
```

## Safeguards

- Do not confuse attention with truth.
- Do not confuse official announcement with objective danger.
- Do not force every event into a universal reading.
- Do not rewrite the `mvp-0.1` score.
- Do not claim mind-reading.
- Test the direct-jump rule with historical event studies.

## Boundaries

- Official score changed: `false`.
- Prediction claim: `false`.
- Trading claim: `false`.
- Financial advice claim: `false`.
- Numerical LLM role: `none`.
