Scientific value
SVET can become a testable daily map of continuity pressure, propagation speed, and whether world signals remain far away or become near enough to affect human planning.
SVET World Index / Plan 3 / Full text
This page gives the full Plan 3 description of the SVET World Index. It makes clear that the current live Index is a temporary mvp-0.1 baseline, while the intended SVET Index is fundamentally connected to Evernomics as a science of continuity, to Agentic Investment Market, and to VibePreneur founder work.
Reader framing
The live SVET World Index on this site is the temporary operational MVP. It proves that a deterministic, auditable, 16-Metric public-data baseline can run, archive results, show source limits, and avoid invented data. It is not yet the full meaning of SVET.
The full Plan 3 meaning is broader. SVET is meant to become an Evernomics continuity instrument: a way to read whether changes in nature, institutions, markets, culture, technology, capital, and close human systems remain distant or move inward toward lived continuity.
This is why SVET belongs inside Evernomics. Evernomics studies continuity across self, family, wealth, memory, institutions, agency, and future reach. SVET is the measurement instrument for the outside world that may support, pressure, narrow, widen, or break that continuity path.
mvp-0.1. Plan 3 changes how the SVET Index should be presented and developed. It does not silently change the live formula.SVET can become a testable daily map of continuity pressure, propagation speed, and whether world signals remain far away or become near enough to affect human planning.
For Agentic Investment Market, SVET is context for scenarios, risk review, liquidity assumptions, and human escalation. It is not an autonomous trade command.
For founders, SVET maps which world-continuity conditions affect demand, regulation, capital, operations, trust, runway, hiring, and survival.
For the PhD record, SVET is a falsifiable research program: valuable only if frozen rules beat simpler baselines in point-in-time historical and prospective tests.

Below is the revised full framework. It keeps continuity, nested Constructs, Shannon entropy, and propagation, while adding the essential rule you just gave: an outer event can jump directly into the closest human Construct when it becomes sufficiently certain, authoritative, salient, immediate, and universally propagated.
This is not a separate index. It is the missing propagation mechanism inside the practical SVET–Evernomics instrument.
Evernomics proposes that humans seek continuity beyond the present: continuity of self, family, assets, memory, relationships, institutions, meaning, and future reach. Humans experience the world through four nested Constructs of unequal proximity to the self. The SVET World Index observes 16 Metrics across these Constructs. Shannon entropy detects the distributional pattern of each Metric; direction, activity, alignment, and data quality describe movement; and the Construct-Propagation Layer determines whether a change remains distant, travels inward step by step, or jumps directly into intimate human continuity because the event becomes certain, authoritative, immediate, and universally salient.
The deepest claim is not:
Humans simply fear danger.
It is:
Humans seek a continuous path through time.
They react when that path seems more secure, less secure,
more open, more constrained, more coherent, or more likely to end.
Fear is only one possible surface signal. Excitement, confidence, urgency, collective action, denial, fascination, withdrawal, innovation, and attachment to institutions can all arise from the same deeper continuity concern.
Read SVET from the individual outward:
Construct IV — Tribe
Construct III — Establishment
Construct II — Vanguard
Construct I — Supreme
| Construct | Distance from inner self | Continuity meaning | Typical human question |
|---|---|---|---|
| IV — Tribe | Closest | Personal identity, family, close relationships, belonging, immediate network, direct agency | “Can I and my closest people continue?” |
| III — Establishment | Near | Daily material life: work, food, energy, movement, money, enterprise, economic participation | “Can I live, provide, move, build, and plan?” |
| II — Vanguard | Middle | Government, institutions, science, culture, rules, legitimacy, public security, collective coordination | “Can the systems around us continue to hold?” |
| I — Supreme | Furthest | Nature, planetary conditions, civilization-scale hazards, deep-time environment, highest-order change | “Will the large world remain viable and intelligible?” |
Humans do not assign equal immediate weight to all levels. A close relationship conflict can move the Tribe Construct immediately. A distant asteroid can remain psychologically silent for most people even though it is objectively enormous. This reflects the difference between objective magnitude and subjective proximity: perceived distance can be temporal, spatial, social, or based on likelihood, and nearer events often receive more concrete, intense processing. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih
The 16 Metrics are the instrument’s selected observable windows into conditions required for continuity. They are not 16 separate moral judgments.
| Construct | Metrics | Continuity condition observed |
|---|---|---|
| I — Supreme | Superior, Verities, Evolution, Transformations | The outer physical, planetary, biological, and meaning environment remains intelligible, survivable, and manageable |
| II — Vanguard | Structure, Voice, Empiric, Troops | Institutions, knowledge, culture, legitimacy, and security can coordinate and persist |
| III — Establishment | Staple, Venture, Emotions, Thrills | Material provision, economic circulation, investment, mobility, and financial capacity can continue |
| IV — Tribe | System, Vision, Execution, Trust | Close-network coordination, future-facing agency, creation, entrepreneurial renewal, and commitment can continue |
The Metrics do not assume an asteroid must appear in every individual series before the world state changes. Instead, an outer event begins in its native Construct, and the instrument measures whether it stays contained, travels inward, or jumps across levels.
PART 1 — Shannon detection
What changed in the distribution of each of the 16 Metrics?
PART 2 — World-state structure
Which Constructs are moving? In what direction? With what
activity, alignment, and data quality?
PART 3 — Continuity propagation
Does the change remain outside the lived human world, travel
through the levels, or jump directly into Tribe because the
signal becomes socially universal and existentially immediate?
For each Metric:
\[ E_{m,t} = \frac{H_{m,t}}{\log_2(10)} \]
This produces a normalized entropy score from 0 to 1.
Low entropy:
Recent values are concentrated in fewer parts of the Metric’s
own trailing range.
High entropy:
Recent values are distributed across more parts of that range.
Entropy does not itself mean peace, war, happiness, fear, continuity, or collapse. It is a detector of the shape and spread of the data. Histogram-based Shannon entropy estimates the distribution of observations across defined bins; changing distributional spread is the specific thing being measured. inspirehep
For each Metric and Composite, retain:
Entropy:
How concentrated or dispersed is the recent pattern?
Direction:
Is today above or below its recent native baseline?
Activity:
Is the observable level ordinary, elevated, or extreme
relative to that Metric’s own history?
Alignment:
Are the four Constructs moving in the same direction,
or are they split?
Quality:
Is the input fresh, lagged, carried, proxy-active,
missing, or revised?
The official mvp-0.1 calculation remains untouched. This layer does not replace its entropy score. It adds a disciplined reading of where the configuration sits across the four nested Constructs. tsx
There are two legitimate routes through which an event affects the continuity world.
Route A — Stepwise propagation
Supreme → Vanguard → Establishment → Tribe
Route B — Direct jump propagation
Supreme → Tribe
or
Vanguard → Tribe
or
Establishment → Tribe
Route A is the normal route. An outer event becomes socially important as it moves through institutions, material conditions, and close-network life.
Route B is the accelerated route. It occurs when the event’s signal becomes powerful enough to bypass ordinary distance.
Risk research calls a related phenomenon the social amplification of risk: scientific, institutional, media, cultural, and interpersonal channels can amplify or dampen the social experience of a risk. The point is not merely whether a hazard exists, but how authoritative communication, signal framing, media reach, social networks, and institutional action translate it into a shared practical reality. d-nb
A distant Construct-I event may jump directly into Construct IV when all or most of these conditions are present:
1. Magnitude:
The event has a potentially civilization-scale, identity-scale,
or survival-scale consequence.
2. Credibility:
The claim comes from highly trusted and independently confirmed
scientific, institutional, or governmental sources.
3. Certainty:
Probability or confidence rises sharply, or uncertainty is
resolved into a credible concrete expectation.
4. Immediacy:
The possible consequence is near enough in time that ordinary
future planning changes now.
5. Universality:
The event applies to almost everyone, rather than only to a
remote specialist group or region.
6. Communication saturation:
The information reaches broad public channels at unusually high
volume, across geography, language, and platforms.
7. Authority activation:
High-legitimacy institutions act visibly: official warnings,
emergency declarations, mobilization, restrictions, guidance,
or public resource commitments.
8. Action relevance:
People are told—or infer—that they must change immediate
personal, family, financial, work, or community behavior.
The direct jump is not “news coverage exists.” It requires a combination of credible existential relevance, practical immediacy, and broad signal propagation.
For an event \(e\) that originates in Construct \(i\) and may affect Construct \(j\), define its propagation intensity:
\[ \Pi_{i\rightarrow j,t} = M_e^{\alpha} \cdot C_e^{\beta} \cdot U_e^{\gamma} \cdot I_e^{\delta} \cdot S_e^{\varepsilon} \cdot A_e^{\zeta} \cdot R_e^{\eta} \]
Where all components are scaled from 0 to 1:
The exponents \(\alpha,\beta,\gamma,\delta,\varepsilon,\zeta,\eta\) are not truths. They are frozen test parameters. Start all at 1, or use equal weights first. Revise only through a new approved method version after out-of-sample testing.
Direct propagation occurs when:
\[ \Pi_{i\rightarrow IV,t} \geq \tau_{direct} \]
Where \(\tau_{direct}\) is a pre-registered threshold.
In cave-man words:
A giant thing far from cave does not automatically make tribe react.
But if trusted sky-watchers say:
"The rock will hit. We are certain. Soon.
Every village must prepare."
and every drum, story, leader, market, and messenger repeats it,
then sky-rock jumps directly into the cave.
No slow travel through every layer is required.
Propagation is not only “whether it crosses levels.” It is also how fast it crosses.
Define propagation speed:
\[ V^{prop}_{e,t} = \frac{\text{number of Construct boundaries crossed}} {\text{time elapsed}} \]
Examples:
Slow:
A climate or solar change begins in Supreme and takes years
to affect institutions, prices, and ordinary household life.
Fast:
A government announces a confirmed, imminent planetary threat.
Supreme signal reaches Tribe in hours.
Direct:
The event begins in Supreme but immediately changes household
planning, local group behavior, and personal future expectations.
A fast jump does not mean the event is objectively worse than every slow event. It means its continuity relevance becomes psychologically and economically near at unusual speed.
The previous base-proximity rule still holds:
\[ b_{IV} > b_{III} > b_{II} > b_I \]
Tribe is normally closest to the self.
But direct propagation creates a dynamic proximity score:
\[ DP_{m,t} = b_m + (1-b_m)\cdot \Pi_{m\rightarrow IV,t} \]
Where:
This is your key innovation:
An event’s Construct location is fixed, but its lived proximity is variable.
An asteroid remains a Supreme event by origin. But after a credible, urgent, universal official announcement, its experienced proximity can become Tribe-level.
For each Construct, calculate both:
A. Native condition:
What do its four official Metrics show?
B. Incoming pressure:
What is arriving from other Constructs through stepwise or
direct propagation?
The Construct state is:
\[ CS_{j,t} = Native_{j,t} + \sum_{i \neq j} \Pi_{i\rightarrow j,t}\cdot Pressure_{i,t} \]
This does not alter official mvp-0.1 entropy. It is an interpretation-layer calculation.
For Construct IV, the most important form is:
\[ CS_{IV,t} = Native_{IV,t} + \Pi_{I\rightarrow IV,t}Pressure_{I,t} + \Pi_{II\rightarrow IV,t}Pressure_{II,t} + \Pi_{III\rightarrow IV,t}Pressure_{III,t} \]
In plain language:
Tribe has its own local state.
But Tribe can also receive:
- a sky / nature / existential signal,
- an institutional / war / science signal,
- a material / market / work signal.
Those signals may arrive slowly, quickly, or directly.
NASA adjusts risk from 2% to 5%.
Technical notice is published.
No emergency announcement.
No broad cross-language coverage.
No major institutional action.
No change in travel, market behavior, local planning,
or Tribe metrics.
SVET reading:
Origin: Supreme.
Native Supreme condition: changed.
Direct-propagation score: low.
Propagation: contained outer event.
Tribe continuity state: unchanged.
Conclusion: scientifically relevant outer risk; not yet a
worldwide lived-continuity event.
Multiple trusted observatories confirm the risk.
Governments issue red-level warnings.
The White House and peer governments announce public measures.
News, search, and communications saturate globally.
Schools, workplaces, markets, travel systems, supply chains,
families, and local networks change plans.
SVET reading:
Origin: Supreme.
Magnitude: extreme.
Credibility: high.
Certainty: sharply increased.
Immediacy: high.
Saturation: high.
Authority activation: high.
Personal relevance: high.
Direct propagation: Supreme → Tribe.
Construct IV receives a major incoming continuity signal.
Conclusion: broad, rapid continuity transition.
The asteroid did not need to “show up naturally” in every one of the 16 metrics before it mattered. Its signal became global because the world’s information and institutional system carried it rapidly across Construct boundaries.

For a deterministic system, do not let a language model assign these scores alone. Scores should come from frozen measurable rules wherever possible:
| Variable | Possible measurable rule |
|---|---|
| Magnitude | Official severity category; estimated affected scope; scenario class |
| Credibility | Number and tier of independent primary authorities confirming the claim |
| Certainty | Official probability/confidence level and change from prior estimate |
| Immediacy | Days to possible impact or published response deadline |
| Saturation | Share of monitored news/search/pageview attention across languages and regions |
| Authority activation | Count and tier of official statements, emergency actions, directives, or resource commitments |
| Personal relevance | Presence of concrete public action instructions affecting movement, work, school, money, health, safety, or household planning |
| Speed | Time between detectable Construct-level confirmations |
This is related to established risk-amplification ideas: official institutions, media, social networks, and opinion leaders can alter how strongly a technical hazard becomes socially salient. The operational difference is that SVET makes the flow explicit across its own four Constructs and tests it as a versioned, quantitative rule set. d-nb
Use these limits in the methodology:
Evernomics proposes that humans seek continuity beyond the present and organize their lived world through nested Constructs: Tribe, Establishment, Vanguard, and Supreme. The SVET World Index observes 16 Metrics across these Constructs. Its Shannon baseline measures distributional dispersion; direction, activity, alignment, and data quality describe the current world configuration. Its Continuity-Propagation Layer models how a change travels between Constructs. Most outer events become lived only through stepwise propagation, but sufficiently credible, certain, immediate, universal, authoritative, and saturated events can jump directly from Supreme into Tribe. Thus, SVET measures not merely whether a world signal changes, but whether—and at what speed—that change becomes near enough to reshape the practical continuity horizon of human life.
SVET INDEX ASSESEMENT AND COMPETITION
SVET is original as an integration and operational architecture, but not yet original as a proven scientific result. Its potential novelty lies in combining a frozen 16-Metric, four-Construct world map; normalized Shannon-entropy dispersion; direction and activity; nested proximity to the self; and a rule for both stepwise and direct cross-Construct propagation into lived continuity.
The strongest formulation is:
SVET is a proposed world-continuity instrument: it maps whether changes in the outer world remain distant or become psychologically and economically near by propagating—gradually or abruptly—through Supreme, Vanguard, Establishment, and Tribe.
That is more distinctive than a normal “global risk index,” “sentiment index,” or “market indicator.” It is especially distinct because it treats Construct origin and lived proximity as different things: an asteroid remains a Supreme event by origin, yet can become Tribe-level instantly after credible, urgent, universal communication and official action.
However, the project’s originality is currently at the theory-design level. To become scientifically meaningful, it must prove that its chosen proxies, propagation rules, and continuity states work better than simpler alternatives.
| Analogue | What it does | Where it overlaps SVET | What SVET adds or changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social Amplification of Risk Framework — Kasperson et al. | Explains how technical hazards are amplified or attenuated through institutions, media, culture, and interpersonal networks | Your direct-jump and propagation idea: a distant threat becomes socially near through credible authorities, communication, and shared attention | SVET gives that idea a four-Construct hierarchy, 16 numerical metrics, an entropy baseline, and proposed measurable propagation coefficients onlinelibrary.wiley |
| World Uncertainty Index | Uses text mining of country reports to track references to uncertainty globally | Both aim to describe a broad, shared world condition rather than a single market | WUI is mainly a text-frequency uncertainty measure; SVET is multi-domain, includes non-text physical, institutional, economic, and network data, and aims to model how signals cross from outer to inner Constructs worlduncertaintyindex |
| Economic Policy Uncertainty Index | Uses the frequency of economic-policy-uncertainty news as a barometer of policy uncertainty | Both recognize that the information environment can express and propagate collective uncertainty | EPU is a narrower, economy-policy-specific news index. SVET seeks a world-continuity structure spanning natural conditions, institutions, markets, and Tribe/network systems fred.stlouisfed |
| World Economic Forum Global Risks Report | Uses an expert survey to assess major global risks, consequences, and governance across 1-, 2-, and 10-year horizons | Both engage with compounding global risks and systemic connections | SVET does not depend primarily on expert perception surveys; it aims for a daily, deterministic, source-traceable numerical instrument and measures the pathway from a risk event to near-self continuity relevance weforum |
| Global Peace Index | Measures country peacefulness across conflict, safety/security, and militarisation using 23 indicators | Both use a multi-indicator structure to make complex world conditions comparable | GPI measures peace at country level; SVET is not a peace score. It includes conflict as only one of 16 components and aims to map cross-Construct continuity, proximity, and propagation economicsandpeace |
Two further important adjacent traditions are:
The original core is not “using entropy.” Shannon entropy is established mathematics, and entropy-based analysis has long been used in complex systems and finance.
The original core is the combination of five claims:
That fifth point is the most original conceptual move. It connects external conditions with lived human continuity without reducing the system to headlines, casualties, survey responses, or a single “fear” score. The underlying intuition is related to social-amplification theory, whose core claim is that risk signals interact with psychological, social, institutional, and cultural processes that can amplify or attenuate public response. SVET’s contribution would be to formalize and test that movement across a fixed four-Construct topology. onlinelibrary.wiley
SVET could be highly valuable if it succeeds at three practical jobs.
People receive fragments: one war headline, one market move, one climate event, one technological breakthrough, one political crisis. SVET’s potential value is to show whether those fragments are isolated, contained, propagating, or converging across the world’s major continuity layers.
The practical question becomes:
Is this only noise in one far-away Construct?
Is it crossing into institutions?
Is it reaching everyday material life?
Is it already affecting Tribe-level continuity,
agency, planning, identity, and future orientation?
That is a more useful daily question than “Is the world good or bad?”
A good version of SVET may distinguish:
Outer event:
Important, but still contained.
Institutional propagation:
Authorities and systems are reacting.
Material propagation:
Jobs, prices, mobility, capital, and daily provision are changing.
Tribe-level propagation:
Close networks, personal planning, local coordination,
identity, trust, and future behavior are changing.
Broad continuity transition:
Multiple Construct levels are changing together.
The potential social benefit is earlier preparation: governments, institutions, firms, families, and communities might recognize a transition before it becomes obvious only in retrospect.
The Evernomics connection gives SVET a non-trading purpose. It can become an instrument for asking whether systems that carry human continuity are becoming stronger or weaker:
That is a serious civilizational question. But the instrument must remain humble: it cannot prove that an entire civilization is “eternal,” and it cannot infer every human’s private thought.
SVET can become valuable only if it avoids four failure modes.
| Risk | What goes wrong | Required protection |
|---|---|---|
| Universal-claim risk | “These 16 Metrics define everything that matters to every human” becomes untestable | State that SVET is a selected, revisable map of continuity conditions, not a complete theory of reality |
| Proxy-meaning risk | Wikipedia views become “belief,” TSA traffic becomes “emotion,” Bitcoin becomes “vision” | Test every proxy against its claimed Construct role; keep unsupported metrics explicitly ambiguous |
| Narrative-overfit risk | The analyst explains every score after events happen | Freeze rules, record predictions and classifications before outcomes, preserve failures |
| False authority risk | A polished global score creates unwarranted trust or market action | Maintain the current boundary: descriptive, provisional, no trading claim, no causal claim, explicit data-quality flags |
| Propagation-story risk | Any popular story is treated as a direct jump | Require pre-defined evidence for credibility, certainty, immediacy, saturation, authority activation, and personal relevance |
My assessment:
The most valuable possible contribution is not a magical number that tells humanity what will happen. It is a disciplined, daily map of continuity pressure and propagation:
SVET may help show whether a change is still far away, whether it is crossing the systems that sustain ordinary life, and whether the shared world is entering a broader continuity transition.
That is original enough to deserve rigorous development—and constrained enough that it can actually be tested.
SVET World Index Application Wiith AIM and VibePreneur
SVET is not only a research instrument. Inside Agentic Investment Market and the VibePreneur Accelerator, it can become a versioned context signal that helps agents, investors, and founders understand the continuity state of the world and the continuity exposure of a startup.
The practical idea is:
When the world’s continuity looks less coherent, less predictable, or more threatened, human risk appetite may contract; when continuity looks secure or is credibly improving, people may plan farther ahead, commit capital more readily, and become more open to building and taking risk.
This is a hypothesis, not an established trading rule. Financial research does support the narrower observation that risk aversion and uncertainty are associated with lower liquidity and altered attention, while positive confidence measures can be associated with lower equity-market volatility. That does not validate SVET specifically; SVET must prove incremental predictive value beyond ordinary market indicators. ecb.europa
EVERNOMICS
Humans seek continuity:
self, family, identity, wealth, memory, institutions,
agency, and a future path.
SVET WORLD INDEX
Measures the changing configuration of 16 world signals
across four nested Constructs:
Supreme → Vanguard → Establishment → Tribe.
SVET PROPAGATION LAYER
Measures whether an outer change stays distant,
moves inward step-by-step, or jumps directly into Tribe
because it becomes credible, urgent, universal,
authoritative, and personally actionable.
AGENTIC FINANCE LAYER
Uses the SVET state as a contextual input for investment,
portfolio, financing, and founder decisions.
VIBEPRENEUR LAYER
Uses the same state to show founders which world-continuity
conditions their company depends on and how exposed they are
to change in the relevant SVET Metrics.
VALIDATION LAYER
Tests every claimed relationship against historical and live data.
The core operating principle is:
\[ \text{SVET is a context signal, not a command.} \]
An agent should never receive:
SVET high → sell everything.
SVET low → buy everything.
Instead, it receives:
SVET state → update assumptions, scenario weights,
risk limits, exposure analysis, and required human review.
NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework similarly emphasizes managing risks to people and organizations across an AI system’s lifecycle; agentic systems require explicit authority limits, monitoring, and escalation boundaries rather than unconstrained automated action. nist
Your finance hypothesis can be written cleanly as:
When the four SVET Constructs show increasing continuity pressure—especially when high dispersion, adverse direction, unusual activity, and inward/direct propagation align—agents and markets may demand a higher continuity premium: more liquidity, more safety, more optionality, more trusted institutions, more cash flow certainty, and less distant or fragile risk.
The reverse hypothesis:
When continuity appears intact or improving, and the world’s future path is perceived as more credible, agents may tolerate longer-duration commitments, higher uncertainty, experimentation, venture formation, and future-oriented investment.
This is not simply “fear means markets go down.” It is a broader claim about the continuity horizon of capital.
Continuity horizon narrows:
People protect what they already have.
Capital prefers liquidity, resilience, cash flow, safety,
shorter commitments, and trusted systems.
Continuity horizon widens:
People can plan further out.
Capital can tolerate experimentation, long-duration projects,
new ventures, infrastructure, research, and growth risk.
Create a versioned internal feature called:
svet_finance_context_mvp-0.1
It should receive the existing official SVET data plus the propagation layer:

Then produce four finance regimes, not buy/sell commands:
| SVET finance regime | Continuity interpretation | Agentic-finance implication |
|---|---|---|
| Continuity supported | Outer and inner systems appear broadly coherent; no major inward pressure confirmed | Permit ordinary risk budgets; evaluate growth and long-duration opportunities under normal assumptions |
| Continuity transition | Dispersion or change is elevated, but direction and propagation remain mixed | Widen scenarios; require sensitivity analysis; avoid overconfidence; do not automatically reduce exposure |
| Continuity pressure | Defined pressure signals are propagating into material or Tribe-level conditions | Tighten liquidity, concentration, leverage, counterparty, and financing assumptions; require review before increasing fragile exposure |
| Continuity restoration / expansion | Credible stabilization or renewal signals appear across relevant Constructs | Test whether risk appetite, formation, and longer-horizon investment are returning; do not confuse one rally with validated restoration |
| Unknown / data-impaired | Missing, delayed, proxy-active, or unvalidated inputs prevent a responsible reading | Reduce automation confidence; keep decisions at baseline or escalate to review |
The high-entropy state is not automatically “risk-off.” It is a change state. It becomes a continuity-pressure state only when the supporting direction, activity, Construct role, propagation, and historical validation rules agree.
The finance component must be tested separately from the philosophical theory.
\[ H_{F1}: \text{SVET continuity pressure improves forecasts of future} \begin{cases} \text{volatility}\\ \text{drawdown}\\ \text{liquidity stress}\\ \text{credit/risk-premium stress} \end{cases} \]
beyond standard financial predictors.
\[ H_{F2}: \text{SVET continuity restoration improves forecasts of} \begin{cases} \text{venture formation}\\ \text{risk-capital commitment}\\ \text{new-business activity}\\ \text{long-duration risk appetite} \end{cases} \]
The required comparison models remain:
Historical mean / no-change baseline
Market-only model:
lagged returns, trend, volatility, drawdown, volume
Macro-stress model:
rates, inflation, credit spread, oil, financial stress
Composite III-only model:
because Establishment already contains market-linked signals
Full SVET model:
16 Metrics + entropy + direction + activity + alignment +
Construct propagation + data-quality flags
The full SVET model only earns a role in agentic-finance projections if it improves untouched, chronological, point-in-time out-of-sample results. Random train/test splits are not acceptable because they can leak future information into a time-series model. tsx
For founders, SVET should not ask:
“Is the world good or bad today?”
It should ask:
Which continuity conditions does this startup depend on, and which SVET Construct changes are most likely to affect its ability to survive, raise capital, sell, hire, build, and remain relevant?
This is a founder exposure map.
Each startup receives a Continuity Exposure Profile:
Company:
Industry:
Geography:
Customer type:
Revenue model:
Capital intensity:
Regulatory dependency:
Supply-chain dependency:
Energy dependency:
Labor dependency:
Trust dependency:
Institutional dependency:
Network dependency:
Time-to-runway:
Time-to-product-market fit:
Time-to-regulatory approval:
Then map the startup to the 16 Metrics.
| Startup dependency | Relevant SVET Metrics | Founder question |
|---|---|---|
| Energy, materials, climate, disasters | Superior, Evolution, Transformations, Staple | Can the company operate through environmental, resource, or hazard disruption? |
| Government, law, research, conflict, regulation | Structure, Voice, Empiric, Troops | Does the business depend on stable rules, scientific validation, public legitimacy, or geopolitical access? |
| Customers, capital, mobility, financial conditions | Venture, Emotions, Thrills, Staple | Can customers pay, can the company finance runway, and does market stress change demand? |
| Crypto, protocols, digital coordination, founder formation | System, Vision, Execution, Trust | Does the venture depend on decentralized infrastructure, crypto risk appetite, startup formation, or pooled capital? |
A startup does not need exposure to all 16 Metrics. It needs a declared primary exposure set, a secondary set, and an irrelevant set.
Example:
Startup:
AI compliance software for U.S. banks.
Primary exposure:
Structure, Thrills, Trust, Voice.
Secondary exposure:
Venture, Execution, Empiric.
Lower exposure:
Staple, Superior, Vision, System.
Interpretation:
A sharp rise in Structure uncertainty, financial stress,
or pooled-capital contraction may materially affect buyer
budgets, compliance urgency, sales cycles, and fundraising.
Another example:
Startup:
Decentralized renewable-energy coordination protocol.
Primary exposure:
System, Vision, Staple, Evolution, Transformations, Structure.
Secondary exposure:
Trust, Venture, Troops.
Interpretation:
The company is exposed both to physical energy/resource
continuity and to crypto/network risk appetite. It should not
treat a positive crypto market move as proof of durable demand
if resource, regulation, or institutional conditions are under
pressure.
Inside VibePreneur, give each founder a simple dashboard:
1. World continuity state
Supported / Transition / Pressure / Restoration / Unknown.
2. Startup exposure
Which of the 16 Metrics matter most to this company?
3. Current movement
Are those Metrics dispersed, rising, falling, unusually active,
or propagating inward?
4. Company sensitivity
What does each relevant movement affect:
customer demand, sales cycle, pricing, runway, hiring,
supply chain, regulation, fundraising, or trust?
5. Recommended founder questions
What assumptions should be tested or updated this week?
6. Evidence and confidence
Source freshness, proxy use, historical support,
and whether the rule is validated or exploratory.
The output should generate questions and scenarios, not fake certainty.
Example founder output:
SVET exposure alert:
Your primary Metrics are Structure, Venture, Thrills, and Trust.
Current state:
Structure uncertainty and financial stress are elevated.
Venture and Trust data are delayed.
Founder implication:
Fundraising and enterprise-sales-cycle assumptions may be fragile.
Do not infer a market-wide capital contraction as confirmed until
fresh Venture and Trust data arrive.
Suggested actions:
Update 12- and 18-month runway cases.
Test a slower enterprise-procurement scenario.
Identify one non-dilutive financing route.
Map customers by budget sensitivity.
Do not change core product strategy solely from this signal.
This is particularly valuable for founders because macroeconomic uncertainty can affect financing constraints, risk preference, investment behavior, and startup activity—but effects vary by company, industry, geography, and capital structure. It should therefore guide scenario planning rather than dictate whether a founder builds or shuts down a company. bwl.uni-mannheim
For AIM, write one strict operational policy:
SVET may inform:
- scenario generation
- risk-budget adjustment proposals
- diligence priorities
- portfolio concentration review
- liquidity/runway stress tests
- financing-timing analysis
- sector and geography exposure analysis
- required escalation to a human decision-maker
SVET may not alone:
- execute a trade
- recommend a security
- approve financing
- reject a founder
- liquidate an asset
- claim a forecast is certain
- override suitability, legal, or risk controls
A safe decision rule is:
\[ Decision = \text{Company / asset fundamentals} + \text{valuation} + \text{liquidity} + \text{portfolio context} + \text{SVET context} + \text{human approval} \]
Not:
\[ Decision = \text{SVET alone} \]
For high-impact actions, SVET should trigger a review threshold, not an autonomous action. The system should retain the exact SVET version, input data state, explanation, confidence level, and approving human for every decision influenced by the Index.

svet-agentic-finance-and-vibepreneur-mvp-0.1.md
Include:
Purpose:
SVET as contextual intelligence for agentic finance and founders.
Status:
Exploratory. Not a trading signal, recommendation,
or validated forecast.
Inputs:
Official mvp-0.1 score plus versioned Continuity-Propagation Layer.
Outputs:
Finance regime, founder exposure profile, scenario prompts,
confidence and data-quality flags.
Governance:
No autonomous trade, funding, admission, or rejection decision.
Human approval and full logging required.
For every VibePreneur startup, create a machine-readable record:
{
"company_id": "example-001",
"primary_svet_metrics": ["Structure", "Thrills", "Trust", "Venture"],
"secondary_svet_metrics": ["Voice", "Execution"],
"construct_exposure": {
"Supreme": 0.10,
"Vanguard": 0.40,
"Establishment": 0.40,
"Tribe": 0.10
},
"exposure_channels": [
"regulation",
"enterprise_budget",
"fundraising",
"financial-system stress"
],
"runway_months": null,
"data_confidence": "founder-confirmed"
}
Those weights must be produced from transparent questions and evidence in the company record—not guessed by an LLM.
For each Metric, define:
If Metric enters continuity-pressure state:
- What startup assumption can it affect?
- Which industries are exposed?
- What financial variable might change?
- What founder question must be raised?
- What evidence would disconfirm the concern?
Example:
Metric:
III / Thrills — financial stress.
Possible effect:
Higher cost of capital, longer sales cycles, lower funding appetite,
greater investor demand for runway and revenue evidence.
Founder prompts:
- Can the company survive a 6-month fundraise delay?
- What happens if sales cycles lengthen by 30%?
- Which expenses can be paused without destroying product continuity?
- Which customers retain budget in a stress case?
Disconfirming evidence:
The company’s target buyers have contracted budgets,
signed commitments, or counter-cyclical demand.
Test three different claims:
| Claim | What to test |
|---|---|
| SVET markets | Does SVET improve forecasts of volatility, drawdown, liquidity, or risk appetite beyond baselines? |
| SVET financing | Does SVET improve forecasts of venture activity, funding timing, financing conditions, or startup survival indicators? |
| SVET founder exposure | Do pre-declared high-exposure companies show more sensitivity to their mapped Metrics than low-exposure companies? |
Do not let a successful Bitcoin test become proof that SVET improves founder coaching. Each application needs its own evidence.
The SVET World Index is a proposed 16-Metric, four-Construct continuity instrument within Evernomics. It measures distributional dispersion, direction, activity, alignment, data quality, and cross-Construct propagation to estimate whether external world conditions remain distant, are becoming relevant to lived continuity, or are entering a broader transition. Within Agentic Investment Market, SVET serves as contextual intelligence for scenario formation, risk review, and hypothesis testing—not as an autonomous trading command. Within VibePreneur, it maps each founder’s company to the SVET conditions most likely to affect demand, regulation, capital, operations, trust, and continuity, generating evidence-linked scenario questions rather than deterministic advice. All predictive, financial, and business claims remain hypotheses until they demonstrate incremental value in point-in-time historical and prospective tests.
